Ich verbinde Strategie, Organisation und Technologie.
Mit mehr als 20 Jahren Erfahrung in IT, Transformation und Führung begleite ich Organisationen bei komplexen Veränderungsvorhaben. Ich habe große Organisationseinheiten geführt, Shared Services aufgebaut, Digitalisierungs- und KI-Strategien entwickelt und Governance- sowie Operating-Model-Strukturen gestaltet.
Heute unterstütze ich Geschäftsführungen und Führungsteams bei Transformation, Digitalisierung, KI-Governance und organisatorischer Weiterentwicklung.
